Peace, ultimately, is an experience of your body.
Peace arises from the condition of your nervous system as well as the condition of your body and energy state as a whole.
Environment and circumstance may impact your body. Yet the actual sensation and interpretation of your experience remains within your body.
Your body may have the experience of trust: trusting self and trusting others and trusting your journey within the world.
The experience of Trust is living without fear that one is threatened or, said another way, the assurance that one is safe and is free to enjoy.
World peace is when all of the bodies in the world can come into a state of trust–safe and free to enjoy being alive and human.
Why do we continue to play out scenarios of threat at every level of human experience?
How do we lay down our weapons of war and instead fashion our self, our family, our neighborhoods, and our world with implements of peace?
I invite you to peace.
I invite you to seek the experience of peace and trust for your own body.
You may learn and live principles of embodied peace.
You may choose and learn:
*beliefs of peace
*thoughts of peace
*emotions of peace
*designs and decisions of peace
*actions of peace
*relationships of peace
*and social structures of peace.
We have been taught that at the conclusion of, or as the result of, war, we would be free. This is simply not the case. We cannot become protected and free by the means of war and oppression. War does not have the power to create or deliver freedom nor protection nor other beautiful and essential human experiences.
Peace IS what delivers
protection (safety), freedom, love, prosperity,
and all our highest human potential.
If you are not at peace . . .
If you fear and/or hate the world and people in it . . .
If you would like to claim protection, love, and abundance . . .
If you would like to have the power to help dissolve the war and oppression structures in the world . . .
Begin at the place of yourself.
PEACE WITHIN YOU
It is possible to be at peace regardless of the condition of others in the world.
If you choose to become a cup carrying the water of peace, then peace will be the only thing you can spill onto those with whom you cross paths. They’ll be able to drink of the peace you brought to share.
Once you are at peace within yourself and your home space, you can be an example to heal your family (a few more peace bodies).
If you already have joyous family, then you and your family can help organize your neighborhood into a safe, fun, harmonious, prosperous place (even more peace bodies).
If you have a peacefully functional neighborhood, then that neighborhood can speak up and act within larger social structures such as a city or a corporation (thousands of bodies).
If a city is peaceful, then it can be a light to other cities and to the world (billions of bodies at peace).
